5. Meetings and Decisions of the Committee: (1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held at least 6 times in a year but the period between one meeting and the next shall not exceed two months.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If one-third of the members of the committee make a written request to hold a meeting, the chairman shall call the meeting within fifteen days of such request.
(4) If at least nineteen percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered. But if the meeting cannot be held without reaching the quorum for the first time, if one-third of the total number of members are present for the second time, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting has been reached. (5) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the secretary of the Ministry of General Administration will preside over the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(9) The committee may invite representatives or individuals or experts from domestic or foreign organizations who provide assistance in the operation and development of the hospital and the study of medicine to the meeting of the committee.
